hi sorry to message you here. Actually I bought recently the overnight peeling from you and it is good using it. My concern is actually you would have seen a story by some paplion who defamed me and told so many lies. You were also tagged in the story as you are in my connection. Actually what happened is I bought a perfume from her and received a broken product from the spray part it was completely broken as if someone tried to pull it apart with a tool. Just then not a minute later after opening package, I raised the issue with Freeup. later I got 79 out of 194 ruppees paid by me. Shouldn't I expect a working product if I buy from here ? She is now saying such things and blocked me so that I can't put my side of the story. What should I do as she is harming me with tagging all my potential buyers in the story who put offer in my products? I also bought from you and others andthere is no complaint there.
