What does this mean?

The saree you see here is an exquisite vintage piece, it is 95 years old but you touch it, stretch it, pull it and get tired of how strong it is.

What we have here is definitely from a queen wardrobe, ordered by the king to be hand woven in the finest of silk threads. The drape has a beautiful deep red base woven with a rare combination of brocade himroo, yet being thin like air. The zari is again pure, because a king would never compromise with the quality when it comes to the queen!

The fabric is a pure thin but strongest mulberry silk which sits well on the skin and shines bright like a diamond.

The saree holds a charm no new age saree can compare to with a grand and broad border on the bottom, again handwoven with a himroo pattern throughout following the body.

Note- you’re lucky this is an unused piece, untouched throughout with a promise of 10+ decades with good care.
