@mamta1813 hii, I have seen your issue, but it is not my fault that the goods were broken,those were broken during transit. I have sent those items in good condition and I have proof for the same. And the things you were saying that the packings was in plastic wastage and I used zepto packaging paper that is totally wrong. I had packed in that so your order will reach you in good condition and it is already mentioned in freeup policy that we can pack items in any old boxes or plastic. I'm selling these items from home I don't have that much budget to pack items in brand new box or plastic. I hope you understand this issue and I'll ensure that we both don't face any loss.I have already talked with freeup customer care, both of us will get refund don't worry.
