@yogitha4943 When the courier company came to pick up the parcels, I told them the parcels were for two different orders. But they said both had the same tracking ID. Later, I found out that both orders actually had different tracking IDs, but by that time the courier had already taken the parcel.
Because of this confusion, I ended up sending all the blouses to you in one parcel. Now the company will give me payment for only one order ID.
So, I was planning to send one extra blouse under the second order ID, so the company would release the full payment for both. But now I noticed that you cancelled that second order. Because of this, I’m not sure how we should deal with the remaining payment.
you can place a new order with the same price, and I will send you that one extra blouse against it. That way, you’ll get an extra blouse and I will receive my full payment. It will also benefit you.
