did you get your parcel?? I really don't know how they are unable to deliver. I ordered something else and I received it but not this? how??

l guess just forget about the package I just talk on the number again as I mentioned before and i said that the parcel had not been delivered since Wednesday and it already 1 week . and he told me that if it's already 1 week happened and the parcel is not delivered then the order must be cancelled and already been returned. I also told him that the sender had not receive the parcel also , I also mention that the company send messages like "the order will deliver today" like this everyday so he said that they just do it but it's actually not true. and they mentioned a executive number which is also fake yaar i called and i girl pick it up , I ask about the parcel and she said that's a wrong number now tell me what should I do?

I called again and they finally picked that up God 💀 and they said that the boy is on the way. but still it's hard to believe because last time almost same thing happened
