we have decided to buy at least 200 or 210 numbers are based on weight and packing box suitablility. but if you are going to ship in batches of 25 where total weight will be 10kg approximate in accordance to free up's standards or limits then it is definitely not going to be feasible. the landed cost here will be +50% of the final price of the product. church committee or no one else will approve such escalations. so if it can be shipped in one lot (may be many boxes) it will reach at the same time and cost would be 10-15% of the cost of the product. this they will approve.

then freeup can take only 25 flasks at a time if it less than 10kg
