the straps are pretty long and you can move the pads to your liking; they are not stiched to the biege string
can fit A & B cups
of 28, 30 & 32 sizes

but please know, this does NOT provide support if you wish to do heavy activities
i mean, it will stay, but not provide as much support as a normal bra
