It's a stretchable super comfortable skirt for lounge wear.Can be worn with tshirt or tops.I have uploaded couple of pictures with measuring tape for waist and length size for reference.No lining is present as the fabrics is not that transparent.Little stain is present at the insides of the skirt which is not visible.
