I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, this order was handled by my sister and I wasn't aware of the marks on the bottom of the jean...I asked her about it and she agreed that they were there and she knew but figured the customer knew (as for the chain it was working when the order was packed, i even have a vid of it) so I am really sorry about the misinformation about the other defects but as you can see i immediately accepted your request for refund and even let you keep the product and the freebies, as you can see i only suffered a loss by doing so and ik your time was wasted but you did get the refund...so can you please not leave a bad review and make my profile look bad? (again i apologise for all the inconvenience caused to you but I tried to make sure that your refund was initiated asap and you also got to keep the products) (no hard feelings I hope💓)
