@arya20 hello dear I think you’ve realised this by now but your order has still not been picked up I have reported this issue 3 times by now but still nobody is coming to pick up the order. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused and I would like to know, as you have already paid for the product that would you want to cancel the order and get refunded by freeup or are you willing to wait for the issue to resolve as it might take longer than expected for your order to arrive.
