The jumpsuit comes with the fabric bealt, the jumpsuit have elastic on the top (above burst area).

Hardly worn few times, And like new but personally I don't like it anymore.

It can be worn with a top.
The area or waist and hip is same(waist can be adjustable with the bealt).
