Unused cotton shirt bought from JC Penny USA for gifting purpose couple of months back. The material is very soft sleeves length 26.5", body length 27". It was kept in the bag and when I opened it to gift it I found few light colour dots on the front upper portion.
Though they are not that prominent I didn't use it for gifting. I have taken a video of those dots and posted that too
