Dr. Parvinder Singh Narang obtained his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, in 1978. He has been practicing as pediatrician for 27 years, both in India and abroad. He is a Member of the Royal college of Physicians (U.K.) and a Diplomate in Child Health from London. After working in prestigious hospitals in England for 8 year, he now practices as a consultant pediatrician in Savera Hospital, Max Hospital & Jaipur Golden Hospital.

Dr. Parvinder Singh has written many articles related to child health and has edited many books too. He also the editor of Drug Index and Quinolone Update.

He is specially attached to the Savera Rehabilitation Institute for Children. Under his direction, Savera Special School is helping in Special Education, Behavioral Problems, and Problems of delayed development, in children with special needs. His purpose in writing this book is to promote good health for all young children, so they may look forward to a bright future
