great classic blank pant.waist tape measurement is 24 inches however it is very stretchable due to elastic at back so upto 28 inches it can be stretched and worn without issues. hip 40 inches.

fault - little torn from bottom on both side and some hems are open. see last few pictures. so easily altered and fixed. no faults anywhere else. so can be fixed and worn.
