I am sorry I have to write here but I don't have any option because she blocked me to comment on the story' so I couldn't put my issue and what happened with me there I am so hurt because of all this because I haven't faced online something like this .

hi darshini I am contacting you to clarifying something. you must have seen a story of some paplion where they are spreading false story. I bought a perfume from them qndI received a broken spray system which made my purchase unvalued . it was as if someone tried opening the bottle with a spray system. just a I received, I raised the query with freeup and this person paplion flipped and started blocking me and writing a false story you tell me what should I do, was it my fault to recieve a broken product from her and raise issue?? She has been doing this drama and I can't put my side of story anywhere. and you also believed her on thestory which anyone could become theway she made. pleaselet me know what to do as you faced the same issue I have submitted photos to freeup too just whe I received the broken product and received partial refund and she is going so low putting mein bad light in front of everyone through that story
