Hey! My relative helped me to get the parcel where I'm staying rn! Recieved it on 18th...just used one of the keychain for 2 days and the ear of the chick came out...also the other one is unused and that got more worse...wool strands came out of it! The finishing was very very poor...also at the bottom of the chick the wool finishing is not done good at all...even you will be amazed by seeing it...the strands are too loosely woven... I'm disheartend seriously! Wasn't waiting for this since so long and glad my relative got me to here... I'm giving you two options please choose either...Make a return to your place and mend it again very nicely with good and tight finishing of wool and chick jiske head pe egg shell h usske bottom part pe bhi wool ekdm gaath jaisa kr diya h aapne...so make a pickup we'll share the shipping charges as always we do and mend it properly and send it when I'll ask you to...or second option is make a new pair as I have already paid for it... it's upto you what you wanna choose. Ain't asking for refund because that's not the ultimatum. I need the product eagerly...
