completely new...not even used once...selling it as it never fit me...i would say perfect for people who have small bust but it is streachable..kindly check the measurements beforehand....can be worn under any top or as a cami top... very pretty... since both the sides look the same so I have posted with front side and back side....you can check that the hanger has been turned....
