this top is one of the tops which brings out such an effortless cute look. you could just pair it with a blue jeans and your outfit would be set with its cold-shoulder sleeves and white polkadots on this really beautiful blue colour. I bought it from an online store a while back and I can swear by the quality of the top. The only reason why I'm letting it go is cause I can't fit into it anymore and i would hate such a cute top go in vain. Also about the size,I believe it would fit a bust size between 32-34.
