this is new diamond nose pin purchased 2 days back for 7k. it is woth certificate. my nose hole is very small and the stud is big enough to adjust. nosepin was inside the certificate. i did cut upper portion to remove it and check. it is not fitting me. so unfortunately would like to rehome
