the cable is faulty so I guess you have to buy a new one or this kind of charger is readily available in 100 or less .

it's very handy product and usefull as well .it is no messy as the wax strip process and it takes only 15 min to cover my hand and leg and I am free from unwanted hair .

once u get used to it ..it do not pain

so u can use it comfortably
