This is a floral flowy skirt from H&M, I have added the screenshot of this product from official brand page at the end. It's a little loose on me and my waist is 30 so it will fit people with waist 32 or 34.

Also, I had cut the brand tag from the skirt because of itching so it is not available in the skirt
