SELLERS GUIDE

1. Check your item thoroughly before posting.
2. Tag correctly and mention all flaws in description. Be 100% sure when you choose NEW or LIKE NEW, there is NO defect!
3. If item weighs over 1kg, it is the Seller's responsibility to mention this correctly.
4. Always inspect the condition and inform buyer before packing via comments, if you find any flaw that was not described earlier.
5. Provide the courtesy to users by cleaning your item before packing. 
6. If the item received is established as "Not as advertised", seller is required to compensate the buyer's delivery charge. It may also result in a negative rating from buyer.


BUYERS GUIDE

1. Check details and pictures of the product in post before you grab. If in doubt, always ask the seller via comments and get confirmation. This communication is part of our dispute investigation.
2. Check condition mentioned - Good / Used means the item has some flaws, and you might want to verify with the Seller in the comments section.
3. To raise a dispute, mention order ID with clear pictures of noticeable flaws and an opening video to Support chat or email within 3 days from delivery.
4. If you are not satisfied with the item received, we suggest that you try to find a solution with the seller in the comments section, before placing a negative rating. Sometimes honest mistakes can happen, and the seller might be happy to help resolve!
