Its a very beautiful formal Top which has glittering stones and lace design which u can wear in formal gathering, party, wedding etc.Its completely new but some stones fell off in neck area but it's not so much noticeable, which u can wear it as it s , jst look like design or u can put it which u can get easily get in marke,and so coz of this reason only m selling at a throw away price or else it's price was high when I bought from showroom.bust s 40 but can fit more than that also as it's a streacheble fabric.only the sleeve part s transparent as shown in pic,body part s not transparent.
