please find attache evidence of my purchase from @mahi_chate. Immediately after placing the order i was informed she is a fraud seller and i reached out to @freeup. They dint cancel the order hence i took opening video and sent it to them on whats app, sent email and also reported to the customer care help option immediately after the order was delivered.

freeup replied on email that they will get back and respond in 72hours. i have not received any response and on emailing them they said they have not received anything on whatsapp.. i have now divided n sent the video on email. the freeup team says that its more than 2 days hence no action can br taken and they have closed the issue.

kindly support so that we can get our refund and freeup doesnt support such fraud sellers like @mahi_chate
