@srija_sengupta1 hi dear, so i had ordered raw materials which i will need for the necklace u bought but the store from which i buy raw materials havent shipped my order yet ,due to diwali the courier services wasn't available they said and the pickup guys from freeup are coming in everyday but i have to tell them pickup is not ready (this has been happening since last 4 days)😭 so I will cancel the order now and then you can place it once I receive the raw materials. freeup will refund u the money immediately 😭 I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but it's not in my hands either 🤍
