these are grey coloured heels. very comfortable to wear. it has been used few times hence it is not a new piece. there are some stains which you can see in the pictures. maybe they will come of after washing. but they are very comfortable. exact foot measurement is 26 CM so please order according to this size given here. if you will ask me, I will give this item to you in 50 coins if you ask me
