Just to let FreeUp know, some of the users here are extremely annoying. They'll post pictures of grass and leaves in here for points. This sidelines the genuine sellers. Secondly, people lie all the time about the condition of the products they sell. Third, there has been a mushrooming of third party sellers on FreeUp. Sellers who will put their products up for points but won't ship them. When you ask, they'd say they sell it for cash, not on FreeUp but on WhatsApp or Instagram. I have reported at least 5-7 such sellers but got no information on whether those accounts were removed or not. It'd be good if FreeUp looks into all this, especially the third issue.

Hello FreeUp team, I need clarification on something. Off late I've been seeing increasing number of items as "saved for ABC" or "blocked for xyz" because the person wishing to grab does not have enough points. But those who actually have some points (for example, me) aren't able to grab items because of so many being saved. Is this allowed? I find it discouraging because even though I have points I can't grab available items. If I don't have enough I usually post more items, get points and grab but I'm no able to do that anymore.
