@lil1842 mam I get to the warehouse, got the parcel 📦 tracking barcode is broken the perfumes are not broken but the red box of engage is been scratch and damage a bit, do you want the order???? freeup told me to get a new tracking ID and ship the order, they aren't paying anything for the damages. Should I ship the order or wanna cancel it??? i won't take returns afterwards as I am asking you now???? what to do? plz reply fast>>>

@lil1842 Mam there been some misunderstanding to the delivery partner, he has not shipped the order after pickup, the order is still at this warehouse! Actually the order was picked up just before you message me for cancellation request, as the delivery partner was the one I knew(like he is the one who always comes for pickup) I told him to bring back the order, but instead he kept the order as on Hold. and also there is some problem in tracking ID maybe it just failed the barcode not working, he was saying me something. Either you contact the freeUp because I am trying but no response or you could cancel the order. Because the pakage is left at Wearhouse every the delivery guy is not giving it back to me or he is neither helping me, he told me to pick it back by myself. So i really don't know what's gonna happen>>> you can cancel your order
