This was a special promotional item from for NESCAFE coffee in 1990s. There was a Free NESCAFE shaker with the pack to make coffee making cooler.

It has a blue screw cap & translucent jar have NESCAFE embossed on them.
The bottom plastic translucent jar has levels marked for filling milk and ice.
