💙This is a net frock of navy blue colour with designer shoulder. Can be worn for festive occassions or as formal wear.. Used by my baby only once.. Even though it is shown as 18-24 months, it can be worn for kids upto 2-2.5 years. It is new and without any flaws.. 💙
