it's new same as u see in pic size 42 and from christian louboutin it's an Amazing thrift find I took for my mom and it doesn't fit her so selling it it's pure leather completely even insoles and outsole and probably is authentic because it's thrifted i cannot tell for sure but according to me every is on point for a og christian louboutin ballet flat shoe of it's ur size go for it.
