I accidentally bought it on impulse from a no return shop a month ago only for it be a bit loose. Not worn even once, the shoulders are adjustable into sleeves and off shoulder both. the tag was taken out immediately as I had to wear it the very next day I bought it (I didn't wear it).price can be adjusted but it won't go lower than Rs 500.
