No Dupatta needed as it has an Attached Jacket.
the sleeves are Net sleeves and has some work om the neck line.
you can tighten up the look using the front knot and is a very elegant kurti.
The length of the kurti is ankle length but that is subjective to your height but looks very subtle and elegant.
