@nakhrequeen I have provided the full packing video to FreeUp support team. You should have taken an opening video too. I can see that what you have received is one of the two freebies that I have sent you. Sometimes the seller is not at fault. It is the delivery people who snuck out items from the package. It has happened to me more than once. I am sorry for your loss but unfortunately I am unable to do anything regarding this.
