@samaira_wadhwa hey, the delivery agent still has the parcel, he only asked me the OTP and he will drop it tomorrow. Also I asked if he knows why it was cancelled. He said, the customer recieved the WhatsApp text from free up about the parcel, and they ask if they want to cancel or keep it ...so if it's anywhere in the location it will be cancelled and returned. Anyway, I will get it back tomorrow. Also, as it wasn't my fault, they waved off the charge as well, I just checked ...they added 300 rs. that was deducted earlier. and added some coins and boosted my post.
