@chanchal4554 Apologies for the delay in shipment of your order. I had the package ready for pickup the moment I had confirmed it and generated the shipping label. I have reported the delay to @freeup_official through multiple channels but all I am given is an assurance that order will be picked up on priority. Nothing concrete. The package remains unpicked till date. 😢
