Incorrect ratings will not be acceptable and user will be blocked and reported. Similary expect honest feedback from me for purchases. I record video of all my sales and purchase deliveries so be aware before even trying to fraud me. Send offer only if interested to buy or don't waste my time. Users who with accepted offers but no purchase will be blocked.
