As mentioned earlier this week, we are now ramping up our pickup efforts.

IMPORTANT:
Those of you GIVERS who are able to print the pickup slip, and handover to the pickup agent from now on, please simply comment below "YES". This will help us focus on which pickups we should prioritize.

Those who are still in containment zone or unable to print pickup slips, we are checking regularly with our logistics partners and will resume as soon as pickup activity is allowed.

For orders placed more recently, we ask for some time to allow us to sort out the earlier orders first, and we will ramp up with more pick up operations in the week ahead. 

Thank you for your patience during the last two months, we are doing our best to make sure your orders are picked up and delivered in the fastest way possible. Just know that we are excited to be able to resume our logistics operation and hopefully clear our backlogs (there's ALOT!) the soonest we can.
