the zip has to be exchanged (zip is not working maybe 2or 3 zips are not working) it'll only take 10rupees to change the zip except zip and little nooks everything is great about this bag/purse that's why I have used it alot it can be styled easily and is strong as well(go through all the pictures to see all the flaws)
