hello @anumgill ! i have placed the order on 1st of december and still not got the parcel, had an ongoing conversation everyday with freeup on their support chat box but they are just giving hopes and not even paying attention to the issue! can you please tell me if you can do something to it? it’s about 24 days till now and i have not recieved the parcel, their delivery service is never on time happened with me earlier but now it is going to be like a month, never happened :(
