It is stretchable.

Note: The first image is a reference image the button design is bit different in the actual dress as u cld see in the second age. Also the colour of the dress is SKY BLUE.

I can't wear and attach image as the size is small fr me and since it is stretchable it looks too body hugging which i usually don't prefer.
