so guys recently I have sold one product i.e makeup forever HD foundation to gauhar_k
so it's been many days and she received the product yesterday this girl is claiming that she did not get the product
where I know that I have already packed it with the tape and when she receive , she has removed the product from the package and taped that again and filming it from the start as if she is removing it for the first time and showing the empty outer package of makeup forever and did not receive the foundation bottle.
where I gave her in grey package cover she did not take that opening from the start
basically I sold this because I got a good offer that is rs 2000 so I sold her as I have to earn.
but I didn't know her plan is different she wants to take the product and the money as well
and the free up team is asking me to give the packing video the thing is as a seller we sometimes forget to do the packing video as I was in Hurry
but free up has to take necessary action towards such buyers and
check my reviews and ratings I have sold many products on free up but never got such issue.
also having problem with the product shade is a different thing but claiming that not receiving the product is not a good thing at all.
also the main thing is this girl hasn't approached me yet personally in the chats or comment section that why did you do like this she only just complain thinking that she might get the money as how free up would make it possible.
and if there is any problem there is a weight checking process where I want free up to check the weight before and after of the whole package.
so beware of such scammers.
they are so greedy and I request free up to give my money because that was an expensive product and authentic.
I want to earn here so why would I give them no product it has no sense?.
so if this girl has a problem she has to approach personally but doing other stuffs.
