it is not scented although the packet says so since I did not get any scent after opening a packet

I am selling this because I'm used to cotton pads and I recieved these ones.

each packet mentions 40 bt selling for 26 rupees only and if u take all 10 packets then it is 253 total but you have to comment n say how many packets u want
