I hope with good care and storage the chain should last longer( I had it in my closet for few months now until I decided to sell them, and as you see the original silver colour is intact). Having said that these were made by karagirs/jeweler in jaipur on personal custom request as sterling silver but you are right I shouldn’t claim something I don’t know. So updating description to best suit your review. And also adding a part of receipt from the shop which said its sterling silver. I still hope you like and enjoy what you received. 💞
