@vasudev8517 thanks for ur kind words! yes @freeup_official reduced my ratings on ground buyer asked me to ship order after 3-4 days as result they reduce my rating to 5 to 4.57 as delay in shipment there was no fault of mine. i even explained them whole thing but they said its systematic error we cnt help!!my buyers has always shown trust!! n given me 5 rating even without asking from them !! i already wrote a post on my platform after making few last sell i will close my store from here as i face lot of problem here!! its very discouraging for me as seller n buyer both !! pls complete ur purchase

@poonam_sharma2 hello slightly increase by 100 also im not accepting any offers on any product currently im facing problem with freeup app they decreased my rating fraudulently from 5 to 4.57 each buyer rated me 5 and bcs of systematic error my rating has been decreased! i already had words with customer care but they cnt help me on this! so this may be my last sell including pending order unless they dnt resolve it for me
