I like it and use it sometimes. Its a little tight on me. I am 30. I think this would fit someone who's 26 or slightly smaller than 28 ( the pic of waist measurement are attached). Its slightly elastic. Pure cotton. When you wear it, its like a breeze is flowing under your legs . The material makeup is thin- you would need to wear something under it. i wear shorts. i guess i will keep it but if you are crazy about to buy, go for it. but i like it actually. only but if you are a fan of cotton
