This is absolutely ethnic bhujodi work (Kutch Gujarat) shrug from brand taavi in size L 38 bust size, knee length.
Purchased from myntra, had cost me around 1400 rupees. it's lightly used you can zoom out and compare it's pictures with screenshot as well, it's acrylic so looks like this only, lightly used piece and I'll send this to buyer after dry cleaning.
