im just impulsive buyer. rating downgraded by freeup from 5 ( given by buyers) to 4.70 as on buyer request i didn’t dispatch order within 24 hours. buyer wanted me to dispatch after 3-4 days their system is unable to correct this n they downgraded my rating as result! i have been selling my preloved product at reasonable price n all buyers have given me positive ratings 5/5 its systematic error of freeup!!
