hi I just received my parcel but it's not this eyeshadow palette!!!! I've received an old eyeshadow palette with no name on it!! its used and non branded!! why would you send me a used pallet dear that to broken!! its not what I ordered!! also the parcel was not even properly packed I asked you dear to pack it properly but it was in a broken cardboard box with polythene around it ..?????
