This is stitched brand new unused bottom (gathering pant) in pure single layer cotton... not very thick and ideal for long tops in hot weather. It also has hooks near ankle area. The waist has a drawstring so it is adjustable. Thigh and ankle measurements are in pics. No flaws. Went through a long storage.

Buying this item without reading it's condition and then leaving a negative review will be an unpleasant experience for both of us. Hence please clarify everything before purchase itself. It is functional and will serve the purpose even if it's not looking brand new.
